Roots: A Mother Nurture Shorts Workshop

Our Roots session is one of a series of three Mother Nurture Shorts workshops exploring the foundations of who we are as both mothers and individuals. We’ll delve into questions like: Where do we come from? and What nurtures and sustains us? We’ll tap into what "roots" mean personally and collectively, discovering the sources of strength and nourishment that ground us in our journey through motherhood. Through a blend of art-making, gentle movement, and shared reflections, you’ll have a chance to connect with your own story and find new ways to celebrate your path. Whether you already enjoy art making or are a complete beginner, this workshop is an opportunity to explore your creativity in a supportive space, connect with other mums, and take a moment for yourself.
